- Promotion of events, tourism products & activities on WAT2DU SHOP (also trading as www.wat2du.shop, www.whattodo.shop, www.whattodo.directory & www.wat2du.com) is provided on behalf of the operator / business who provides the advertised services (our Members & Partners).
- This website acts only as an agent for the person, business or company providing the services. WAT2DU does not accept responsibility for any change in price or variation of services shown.
- All services and prices are subject to change without notice; prices are current at the time of publication.
- Where any changes in price by the person, business or company providing the service is not notified to us by the operator we will provide the ticket to the purchaser as per the prices last advised to us.
- It will be up to the operator to honour all bookings and tickets purchased from us.
- We have agreements in place with all tour & experience providers listed on our websites and all purchases are guaranteed by WAT2DU (We offer full refunds in the case that your operator in not able to honour any paid booking, or an alternate product as agreed).
- All maps, photographs, illustrations and computer-based graphics are included for general purposes only and are not always indicative of the subject matter.
- WAT2DU promotes and sells tourism experience products operating within Australia. We may receive commission or a fee from the operator where we sell tickets via our services.
- WAT2DU Gift Vouchers are available to be purchased online and in-stores.
- When a WAT2DU Gift Card or voucher is purchased it is valid for up to 36 months from date and time of purchase. WAT2DU Gift Vouchers are able to be redeemed by submitting an online booking via our website or via a WAT2DU booking agent.
- After WAT2DU eGift Vouchers are purchased online the purchaser (SENDER) email is used to send all vouchers to. The PURCHASER will receive an email from WAT2DU containing the vouchers attached as individual pdf documents. This certificate is proof of purchase and contains the gift coupon needed for redemption. This e-gift vouchers should be treated like cash and is valid for one redemption only.
- Lost e-gift vouchers please contact us. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure security of egift voucher coupon codes as once the e-gift certificate coupon code is redeemed, it will become inactive.
- WAT2DU gift cards are available for purchase in stores or from WAT2DU booking agents. WAT2DU gift cards are valid for up to 36 months from date and time of purchase (unless extended/extension fees may apply where offered)
- WAT2DU gift cards are available in a range of pre-loaded AUD values and may be topped up by contacting us on telephone 1800442116 or email: info@wat2du.com
- From time to time WAT2DU may assist charitable organisations to promote third party events such as Charity Fundraisers. Where payment is collected on their behalf Payment processing fees may be deducted from any purchase price. WAT2DU will act as booking agent only on their behalf & will forward payment to the fundraiser as agreed between the fund raiser & WAT2DU
- All payments are made electronically via Polipay or PayPal – online secure payment systems or using PayID (Electronic Funds Transfer) within Australia, via participating financial institutions.
- Refunds where provided will be processed electronically using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
- WAT2DU Gift Vouchers are redeemable online via the websites www.wat2du.shop, www.wat2du.shop, www.whattodo.directory & wat2du.com and www.shoalhaven.tours only & have no cash value.
- This only applies if applicable: Accommodation bookings & referrals made via WAT2DU to accommodation partners and affiliates, such as booking.com or airbnb.com receive commission for referring customers to their websites. Any bookings made via booking.com or airbnb.com are subject to the terms and conditions displayed on these respective websites and has no involvement in the bookings process of third party providers apart from referrals and takes no responsibility for any losses or errors made during the booking process after you are redirected to booking.com or airbnb.com

- This website acts as an agent for the person, business or company providing the services.

Our website landing page can be found by searching the world wide web using the www.wat2du.shop as well as www.wat2du.com We offer all of our services via www.wat2du.shop, or whattodo.directory. Other website url’ are used to re-direct web searchers to www.wat2du.com such as shoalhaventours.com.au, shoalhaven.tours, shoalhaven.gifts, experiences.directory, whattodo.directory, wat2du.com.au
- When a valid purchase or a booking is made via wat2du.com or wat2du.shop we offer to honour all paid bookings as per the term and conditions listed.

- Where any increase in prices by the person, business or company providing the service is not notified to shoalhaventours.com.au or wat2du.com by the operator we will provide the ticket to the purchaser as per the prices last advised to us.
Bookings:
- It will be at the discretion of any business or company we promote on their behalf to accept any booking.
- We have agreements in place with all tour & adventure operators we promote & sell their products & services.
- All maps, photographs, illustrations and computer-based graphics are included for general purposes only and are not always indicative of the subject matter.
- wat2du.com & shoalhaventours.com.au promote tourism businesses operating in Australia on a resale or commission basis.
Fundraisers:
- From time to time WAT2DU may assist charitable organisations to promote third party events such as Charity Fundraisers. Where payment is collected on their behalf Polipay or Paypal processing fees may be deducted from any purchase price. WAT2DU will act as booking agent only on their behalf & will forward payment to the fundraiser as agreed between the fund raiser & WAT2DU.
Payment Security & Fees:
- All payments (Debit/Credit Cards) are made via Polipay or PayPal – online secure payment systems or PayID (Electronic Funds transfer) within Australia (participating banks)
- Refunds where provided will be processed electronically using the same payment method used to make the booking.
Gift Cards & e-Gift Vouchers:
- WAT2DU Gift Vouchers are redeemable online via the website wat2du.com or whattodo.directory only & have no cash value.
- Activation of Gift Cards occurs by contacting us either by texting the coupon code on rear of the Gift Card to +61418747427 or calling us on Freecall: 1800442116(Australia only).
- Gift Cards are sold inactive for security purposes.
- e-Gift Vouchers are automatically activated at the time of purchase and do not require manual activation.
- Expiration of Gift Vouchers & e-Gift Vouchers occurs after 3 years from date of purchase or once redeemed.
- It is advised that WAT2DU Gift Cards & e-Gift Vouchers will become inactive automatically where not redeemed within 3 years and no refund will be offered if not redeemed within 3 years.
- Contact bookings@wat2du.com to redeem a gift card or apply coupon code online only.
Affiliated Accommodation Booking Partners:

Partner Members
- Partner Members apply to join WAT2DU and if approved can advertise tours or experiences, use our booking services, receive bookings online, receive enquiries about their listed products by using our website and booking systems.
- Partner Members have rights which will be determined by the membership level chosen.
- Partners can choose to upgrade their membership status for an annual fee.
- Membership levels are currently Partner Member(base level), Platinum Member, Exclusive Area Partner
- Membership fees are paid annually in advance.
- Any change in membership level takes place after full payment for a new level is received. No payment is offered where membership level changes during a paid annual registration period.
- Annual fee/s are determined by the Partner Membership level you select upon registration or renewal.
- Membership periods = 1 calendar year from the time of registration or upgrade.
- Membership fees must be current in order to receive bookings from us. Membership is renewed annually, if you do not wish to remain as a Partner Member, or wish to change your membership level, you must contact us before the renewal anniversary date.
- Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
- You may cancel your Partner Membership at any time, however this will cause all listings you listed to no longer be promoted on our experiences directory. Bookings cannot be taken for products not listed on our directory.
- You may re-join as a Partner Member at any time if you decide to deactivate your membership. Payment is required in order to re-join.
- Once you’re a Partner Member, our design team will assist to design your promotion, and once approved, published on our directory. Bookings can begin after published only.
- Gift Cards can be used to book your products via the websites whattodo.directory or www.wat2du.shop
- Partner Membership fees from $99 per year applies, subject to change.
- Annual fees vary depending on the Partner Membership level. Up to 100 bookings with nil commission applicable on first 100 bookings with a Silver Membership, or Unlimited bookings for a Platinum Membership with nil commission.
- All Partner Membership package inclusions are subject to change.
- Commission will be applicable for bookings received as per the membership level subscribed to.
- Where there is any doubt in relation to commission rates, the standard travel industry rates shall apply for all bookings within Australia, or as agreed.
Eligibility
- Australian Registered Businesses are eligible to apply for Partner Membership with WAT2DU
- Working with Children Check WWCC requirement. All directors, staff, contractors or employees engaged to work with our partners and operators in the provision of services involving children must hold a current WWCC as per requirements of Office of The Children’ Guardian.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel or suspend any partner membership for any reason where we are dissatisfied a partner is not complying with any legal obligation such as any breach of requirements of WWCC regulations.
- Non-Australian Registered Businesses are not currently eligible for Partner Membership with WAT2DU (subject to change)
- Non-Partner Member products may be listed by WAT2DU where WAT2DU is an affiliate(of their business) or WAT2DU is an agent.
